According to the Higher Education Statistics Agency (2016), almost half of HND graduates were in further study six months after graduation, with the majority (91%) studying towards a first degree.

In terms of the type of work HND graduates took on in the UK, 20% were employed in retail, catering, waiting or as bar staff. Around a tenth found work as other professionals, associate professionals and technicians, or as engineering and building professionals.

Most of our students in Nelson College take up HND business course to acquire and to hone their management and leadership which they could use in their future ventures. The college enjoys a remarkable repute among its student which is reflected in the students’ feedback. For the academic year 2015-2016, It was rated 9 in terms of students’ satisfaction, 9 in terms of provision of administrative facilities and 9.5 in terms of quality of teaching and learning facilities.
