Buses and Trains:


Buses, such as the 25, 86, 147, 150, 169, 364, 366 and many more, travel to and from Ilford Town Centre. The TFL Rail Services that arrives and departs from Ilford Station connect to Stratford (London) in under 10 minutes and to London Liverpool Street in under 20 minutes.


Leisure and Libraries:


Ilford Town Centre boasts a wide array of leisure activities including borough events and outdoor market days, and also provides a selection of quality restaurants, such as Turkish, Indian, Chinese and a wide variety of others.


Also available in the town is the Redbridge Central Library and Museum which has access to free internet, WiFi and computers along with a large range of books, DVDs and eBooks.

The Exchange Shopping Mall is the perfect spot for some retail therapy with many popular high street stores located within.


For theatre lovers, the Kenneth Moore Theatre is the ideal spot for amateur and professional plays and musicals.


Campus Library:


The Ilford campus library is located on the second floor of Olympic House. There are study spaces available for students to do their coursework. The library is adjacent to the IT Lab which houses over 24 desktop computers. Within the library area, there are 8 designated cubicle spaces for students which are equipped with desktop computers. The library also has a small group study area where there is a comfortable sofa available for students to discuss group work, hold meetings or read for pleasure.
