Broadstairs Campus

Commuting Options:

We are only 8 minutes away from the train station and public buses run at frequent intervals, every 10 to 15 minutes. If you prefer to travel by train, it runs every 8 to 12 minutes. Commuting to the college is convenient from any part of Thanet.

Leisure and Amenities:

We are located in Thanet’s heart, which gives us easy access to leisure amenities and shopping at Westwood Cross. Also, Tesco and Asda are nearby. Vue cinema is a 10-minute walk away, as well as McDonald’s, KFC, and Tim Hortons near the campus. There are a number of hotels and bars in the nearby area that can meet your accommodation needs. Moreover, there are several restaurants in the area offering a variety of cuisines, including Nando’s and Canterbury Bell.

Library Facilities:

A library is found in every town in Thanet, which provides students with resources and study spaces. We are located 7-10 minutes from the Broadstairs library, which provides complimentary Wi-Fi, printing, and other services.

Campus Library:

The Broadstairs campus library is a new addition to our service and is currently in its development stages.  It is located on the first floor of the Allen Building. There are computers available for students to study and do their coursework or just to enjoy some leisure time.  Other amenities include a comfortable sofa making it easy for students to do group work or relax, unwind and read for pleasure. As we continue to stock our books and other resources, we are open for students to use and enjoy what we have available.
